Beautiful Sleek Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the knobs on this built in oven; it is so easy to use as opposed to pressing numbers on a keypad. It's easy to use and love the manual that comes with tips so I can maximize my ability to use this oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a professional pastry chef and is constantly baking. When we finally decided to replace our beat up old oven, the most important factor for him was an even bake, and the most important factor for me was noise level! I am so glad we went with this Bosch, as I can barely hear the noise of the fan and so far everything we've baked has turned out perfectly. Our french fries are crisper, our casseroles are even, and our pastries are better than ever!
My only complaint is that the timer is difficult to set - it either takes forever to push the +/- buttons over and over, or if you hold them down it takes off and goes way too fast! We just use the timer on our microwave instead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good oven

Big relief to find just what I wanted !

I originally looked for a product with nice dials vs. the usual "push button panel", but now I see additional features I never dreamed of, eg. it automatically converts temps to convection temps FOR you ! It has beautiful , dimming/brightening oven lights. quick preheat, beautiful even cooking. This oven has absolutely spoiled me for anything but a Bosch!

Heats quickly and quietly but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is beautiful, controls are clean and clear but when the timer is on, the oven temperature readout is concealed, and the timer chime is whisper quiet - it cannot be heard from the next room, and there is not RED light or other indicator that the oven is ON.

We were so dissatisfied with the way it looked when we installed it, that we took it out immediately and returned it to the store. We ordered this Bosch oven instead, because we already had a Bosch dishwasher and we were in love with it. We were able to install it ourselves in 45 minutes!!! The oven is very attractive when installed.The edges are finished nicely with no exposed mounting hardware from the inside edges. Many ovens on the market today have vey unattractive finished edges. The oven heats quickly and is silent. We had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get the oven, but it was worth the wait!!

Bakes great but fans are too loud and run too long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I am very happy with the way the oven bakes, cleans and looks, the fans are too loud and run too long. The fans are so loud that it interferes with conversation while in the kitchen. Also, I can hear the fans in my dining room 20' away which interferes with dinner conversation. We finish dinner before the fan stops blowing. Everyone at the table relaxes when the fans finally click off. Also, the oven blows hot air out of the top right making it unpleasant to cook at the stove 5' away. Bosch's response, "It functions as it is designed." So, buyer beware!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
