Love the watch!!

I have a G6 and it was tough to give it up but I LOVE my S60! I can do everything I could do before with more convenience. Only negative.....sometimes it does not sense shots and it does not record them. Should be an override to correct misses.

It is way too complicated. I’ll be playing a hole, and the close up view pops up. Can’t get it back to normal. Also, if I want to see what time it is during a round, practically impossible!

Best Golf Watch Ever

I have had all of the Garmin Golf Watches, I always upgrade as soon as a new one comes out.
The S 60 is the best so far and has been a great help in improving my shot making performance!

GREAT PRODUCT

I had the Garmin S6 for 3 years loved it, however the Approach S60 is EVEN BETTER!!! Love the watch, I even where it work and use as a Smart Watch! Apple has nothing on the Garmin Approach S60 watch!

Terrific golf watch and more

I bought this a month ago. It has everything you would expect from a golfing watch and more. I particularly like the step counter and sleep tracker features. Others may enjoys the activity monitor, but it doesn't add anything to my yoga classes. Golfing provides more features than I know how to use. At some point I will figure out how to use the Swing Tempo. The only drawback is when I try and squeeze two rounds out of one charge. It works fine on day 1, but then on day 2 requires recharging after about 16 holes. I can somewhat solve this by carrying a portable charger, but, for some reason, it will drop my scores for the round.

There is good and not so good.

I have had it for several months now.
The good is that this is very accurate with distances.
I like that it allows you to keep score.
The display of the course is bright enough to be easily seen when on the course.
Battery is very good on this watch and it stays charged for days.
The bad...
There needs to be either a thorough written set of instructions or a very thorough video on how to use it. I have seen the videos currently online but those only cover the basics. So I end up on the course trying to figure out something that I may have done wrong. So the instructions are insufficient.
Also it needs to have the feature so that you can reverse the watch so the buttons are on the other side of the watch, like an some other smart watches are able to do. I have to move this watch up my arm so that when I bend my wrist in the swing, that the back of my hand does not accidentally push a button. When that happens I am then left guessing how to fix what just got messed up. I have tried setting the watch for the Right wrist and wearing on my left arm to turn the face of the watch around but that does not work.
As a watch the various colors that can be programmed are very washed out. Best to leave the colors alone.
