Disappointing Product

New courses and modifications to courses are not adequately updated. Very disappointed in using this in the UK and on travels including a recent trip to the Bahamas (does not have some newer courses). Need to use a PC to update but what if you don’t take a PC on vacation?

I just got this Sunday for my birthday present. I used it yesterday at the golf course. I am new to it so there are features that I will eventually get to but so far I think it is a five star device. A little slow on locating the satellites and sometimes it did not automatically advnec to the next hole after scoring as the book said it would but things got easier.

So much more than just a great golf watch

For the last year I have worn two watches while golfing: my Apple Watch on my right wrist for notifications and step monitor and my Bushnell NEO golf watch on my left wrist for shot distance. I watched over 25 YouTube videos reviewing the best golf watch. The Garmin Approach S60 consistently rated the best. Not the cheapest but the best. So I ordered it and spent a couple of hours setting it up and orienting my self to the large number of applications the S60 has. Wow. My concern about cost vanished realizing that the S60 easily replaced almost all functions of my Apple Watch (steps, email, text, reminder, and news notifications). But, most of all, the S60 is absolutely the best golf watch money can buy.
I’m a 71 year old 13 handicap weekly golfer. I really believe the info the S60 is going to help get my handicap into single digits with the tremendous course management info available at a glance from the S60.

Hi, I´ve just received my watch as a gift but unfortunatly the course I play at in Brazil (Gavea Golf and Country Club), was renewed recently and the course available in Garmin is not updated yet. What should be done to update it?
