Great Features/One Problem

I got my Approach S60 for Christmas and love all the features. It is simple to use and the touch screen is nice. Unfortunately, I have reached the age when you need reading glasses. On the Hole View you can select large numbers and the background is white when back lite is on making it easy to read w/o glasses. When you go to Map View the background is a gray and does not provide good contrast with the numbers. I was really looking forward to being able to view layup distances, but without my reading glasses I cannot read the numbers. Maybe Garmin will make a software update with better contrast. You can never go wrong with black on white. I like this watch. If they came out with a new version for us guys using reading glasses, I would buy it and give this one to my 28 year old nephew.

I found to golf features to be very accurate. Would recommend taking some time to get used to the watch features before taking it on the course to avoid slowing yourself/ your group down. Very sleek as well. Would recommend.
