Great golf GPS

I purchased this to replace a Bushnell Neo that is about 6 years old and will not hold a charge for an entire round anymore. The watch is pretty easy to navigate if you just spend a little time with it before heading to the course. The update process is not complicated but I must caution anyone who tries to do it from the app. Don't! It takes way too long as the update is about 5meg and could take hours. Connect the watch to your computer and download the Garmin Express program. Don't worry about logging in or anything if you have already registered the watch with the Garmin Connect app. The Garmin Express program will see the S60 and perform the update in about 45 minutes. There is too much negative being said about the update process without doing any research. It updates just fine using your computer. Yardages are accurate and courses are all there. All in all, I am happy with my Garmin S60.

Battery Life

Used it for the first time yesterday. When I teed off on 1, battery life was 94%, so I was disappointed that the battery ran out before the round was done.

Love my S60, don’t care for the Golf app

Everything was great until you took the features off the Connect App and forced me to use the Golf App. I can no longer get the course stats and I have zero interest in connecting w others who use your golf app. Very disappointed in this change.

the instrution book is not good. Love the S60

I have had this for two weeks and I still cannot work half the options.. The instruction book does not help. There should be a section that tells you step by step how the unit operates . Like how do you get your final score. Or what are all the widgets for? Do you have an instruction book that is more explanatory to how things work and how we can use all the device.

Great Watch/Golf tool.
