So far so good!

I've only been running it for a few days, but the air feels cleaner in our bedroom and I wake up less congested. It was really easy to put together (I did it at 9 at night in about 10 minutes) and packaged well (easy to get into). It's quieter than the older 375 model. I also use it for white noise and need to run it on the highest level to have sound masking noise -- I don't consider that a bad thing. I got the expresso brown panel because we have dark brown-(almost black) -stained post and beam and it blends in perfectly. Very thin and unintrusive. Happy with it! I have had the 375 (and still do--still running great after 6 years) and so far am equally as pleased with this one--hoping it lasts as long as the other one has lasted/is lasting.

I have used it for two days and so far I feel like I can breathe better when I wake up in the morning. I am not congested as I was prior to using it.

We researched several purifiers, and opted for the BreathSmart, which works great for our bedroom. We are used to a noisier Honeywell, so it's actually too quiet for us on the slower 2 speeds, so we put it on 3 or turbo to lull us to sleep. It blows cool air which is welcome in the summer, not sure if we will like in the cold winter. It helps when our neighbors smoke drifts in (grrrr) once we shut the window.

This is the first air purifier I’ve ever bought and I was definitely skeptical. We had new flooring put in and dust was everywhere in our house. I vacuumed and mopped and still I could smell the dust. So, I put my skepticism aside and bought the Alen BreatheFlex Air Purifier. Literally within hours I could tell the difference! The air in my home is so much fresher and cleaner than even before the new flooring was put in!

I Love All 4 of Them!

After purchasing my first BreatheSmart several years ago for my basement, I loved it so much that I added a second for the main floor of my home. Then followed the FIT50 for the upstairs and most recently the Flex for the master bedroom.
The customer service was wonderful to work with when one of my units was not working correctly. They replaced it immediately without hassle and I have had no trouble with the unit since.
I think the fact that I continue to add units to my home over the years speaks to how well I feel these purifiers have improved the air quality of my home.
They run quiet and the silver filter is perfect for my pet friendly home. I have and will continue to recommend the Alen Air Purifiers to my friends and family.
