This air purifier really works! It makes a huge difference in our indoor air quality. It makes our home feel & smell fresh and clean. This is our second filter, we have one in bedroom and one in living room. Everyone who comes over is says you’d never know we have a cat. Highly recommend! Easy to use and works great!

I had some issues with my old Alen purifiers but the customer service (thanks Tonea!) was fantastic. I was easily and quickly able to talk to a qualified person who could address all of my concerns. I traded my old ones and upgraded to newer bigger ones. The new ones were shipped and received within a week. I am so glad that I bought Alen purifiers. The new FLEX unit is very quiet and works really well. Very pleased. Thank you!!

A bit pricey, but does the job. I like the design and color, I don't like that the air filters up instead of out like a fan. It is quiet, almost too quiet. Overall, a great air filter.

"Flex" your right to breathe clean air . . .

This is a great unit for those with very limited horizontal space for an air purifier as it has the smallest footprint of all of the BreatheSmart models. It's exceptionally quiet even on the highest setting. I do miss the auto setting of the other BreatheSmart models but for and entry level unit and the price it's a good buy.

Intolerable guest cottage was refreshed

The mildew air in the old guest cottage at the farm where our daughter & family recently moved prevented us visiting them overnight, although we live distantly. We were delighted at the fresh cottage air, after 1st diffusing concentrated Thieves Essential Oil, then followed by daily air maintenance with the Alen Air Purifier, for a full 2-week stay.

I love my new FLEX purifier! The smaller streamline design works perfect in my kitchen/family room area. Downsizing has become a way of life for us, so the FLEX works great without taking up valuable square footage. The control panel is easy to use with it's many functions and maintenance is a breeze with the easily removable magnetic cover (no tools needed!). I am always amazed at the amount of dust and pet hair my Flex removes from our home..and that's only the stuff I can see :laughing:. It is reassuring as a wife, mother, grandmother and pet owner to know that my use of the FLEX in our home provides a healthier environment for us all.
