We are living in a temporary situation that seems to be unhealthy for me, which was the catalyst for purchasing an Alen air purifier. I believe the FLEX unit we chose is definitely helping with the air quality, as I feel I can breathe better, sleep better, and am not experiencing the physical symptoms to the degree I was before the air cleaner. The results have been very good, but not hugely dramatic. My hopes were that we would also notice a difference in the dust accumulation on furniture, and that the cooked fish odors would be eliminated, but that has not been the case. I'm generally pleased with the FLEX unit, and perhaps a different filter choice for it would be helpful.

When the Alen Air Purifier arrived I was so excited! Unfortunately I had to return it due to the fact that I didn't have room in my small apartment anywhere to put it where it could work optimally.
Customer service was amazing! They couldnt have been more helpful in sending FeEx to come and pick it up and to arrange a full refund.
I would not hesitate to deal with this company in the future.

Alen BreatheSmart Flex Air Purifier. works and purifies like Alen claims and I move it from room to room. After a few months I purchased another one so we can have one for upstairs and the other downstairs. My husband smokes upstairs and people have noticed the difference, not smelling the smoke. I would highly recommend this brand! Very pleased with my purchase and knowing I'm breathing cleaner air.

We Highly Recommend the FLEX True HEPA Air Purifier for your bedroom, very quiet & cleans air as you sleep! This is the second Allen Air Purifier we have added to our home, the Breathe Smart 75i is also a fantastic unit, keeps our living room and dining room clean! Both great air purifiers.
