Great for Heavy Smoke!

We got our first flex air purifier when the wildfires started in California this year. The smoke was the worst it's ever been and we were struggling, even inside our home. We ordered the heavy smoke filter with it and it made such a huge difference. We liked it so much, we bought a 2nd one. It's easy to move the purifier from room to room, but now we keep one in our home office and one in our bedroom. It is slim and fits into our décor perfectly. The panel lights up for easy reading, but with one touch, the lights go off to keep the bedroom dark at night. The purifier is quiet and efficient too!

Upgraded to the Flex

I’ve been using Alen for the last 10 years. My first Alen purifier just finally broke down on me. The Alen A350. It served me for 10 years without any problems so I upgraded to the flex unit. I know it’ll serve me for another 10 years. Thx Alen

Alen's packing and shipping protocols are second to none. Set-up and initial operation were very easy and left no doubt to me that I did it correctly and in a very short period of time. I was so satisfied with the air purifyer, I bought a second one. Now I have two working in my home.

Was looking to get a 2nd filter for our home (so we didn't have to move our 1 around the house each day) and didn't have the money for another FIT50. Turns out this FLEX is in some ways even better, especially in terms of size, looks, and value! (The cord design is better as well, the cord does not unplug from the back of the unit so can't become loose like the FIT50 could.) Fantastic value for what you get, as the filter size is nearly the same as the FIT50, and the square footage rating is close as well. The only features that are missing are the auto-setting and the ionizer, which we didn't use anyways. The 1/4 fan setting is shockingly silent, almost as if it is off. If we ever get a third filter it will be one of these!
