We liked the 45i better (we bought that first for our living room). We then got the Flex for our bedroom but are returning it for the 45i.

This unit is making a ticking noise. I own 6 of your products and they are all quiet on the low fan setting.

Hi Bernard! There definitely shouldn't be a ticking sound when running this unit! Please call our warranty team at 800-630-2396 Option 2 so that we can get that replaced for you!

Very satisfied with our Alen Air Purifier. Our house doesn't have the dusty smell like we had before. Has a more fresh smell as well.

Great purifier!

I purchased this as both my son and I get allergies every spring and we have 3 dogs (who can be a bit smelly!). I tried to keep my hopes reasonable in terms of what to expect, but they have been exceeded. This does a great job of removing pet odors and while we still have allergies, they don't seem quite as bad this year.

We've only had this unit for a few days and already we can see minimal dust accumilation in our home. The unit works very well and we are pleased to have it. We are looking into purchasing another.

I have Flex. Not used it in a smoker's room but it seem to work as intended. I see much less dust on the furniture, and I don't see any dust flying in the air anymore. It is good to see the change. I have tried a different purifier before from different company and it was not effective at all. This unit is also claimed to be energy efficient (50W). I would recommend it to anyone.
