The Flex is a quality product for the price

So far, we are very pleased with this model. It does not have some of the functionality of the more expensive models, but is great for a bedroom or family room. You forget it is in the room. At a lower fan speed the fan is perfect white noise for sleeping.

This is my third Alen purifier and they are just the best. This particular one was for the bedroom and it definitely makes a difference in my breathing while sleeping. I wake up less stuffy.

We have been so impressed with our initial purchase that we bought another Alen Breathe Smart Flex so we have one on each floor of our home. As an asthmatic with allergies to dust, mold and pollen this air purifier has been a game changer for me. It is light weight, easy to care for and financially it is a bargain. We run ours 24/7 and is economical to run plus the filter only needs changing every 9-12 months. The customer service employees are the best!! They are kind, polite and actually are able to help you..a rarity in today’s world. Thanks Alen for selling such an affordable, effective and efficient product!!
