Website pics come up a little fuzzy on my device but product is absolutely beautiful in person. Larger than expected. Packaging was awesome. Super easy to get out, set up and operate. Will be ordering another for my parents shortly.

Beautiful design, smart operation and quiet!

The design of this brand is gorgeous while most other air purifiers on the market are unattractive. Of course, that is not the most important element of an air purifier. The way it works is brilliant. It can detect when the air requires further purification, and it kicks into higher gear while always being quiet. I can hardly hear the one in my bedroom. I am thrilled with my purchase of two Alen air purifiers, and will recommend this brand to anyone I know buying air purification units for their home.

Alen Breathesmart Flex

So far my Alen Breathesmart flex is doing great. It is helping to clean the air and catch larger particles that cause my allergies to flair. I can see a difference in my air quality. The unit is also pretty quiet. I used to have another brand of air purifier and it was louder on the same setting. Overall I'm very happy with the purifier and find it to be a pretty lookingbunit.

I'm use to having allergies

I'm use to having allergies but after a particularly horrible 2 weeks of pure allergy misery I ordered this. The day it arrived I immediately set it up, which us extremely easy, and turned it on high. After about 2 hours I was feeling much better and by night time I could breathe and the runny nose and itchy eyes were gone! I love this thing!

Doctor's orders

My husband was told by his doctor to get a hepa air purifier for the bedroom to help with his allergies. We researched our options and decided on the BreatheSmart Flex for two reasons. A larger Alen air purifier was chosen the best unit by Consumer Reports for 2022 and we wanted to buy from a company whose main product was air purifiers not toaster ovens or coffee pots. Our purifier arrived within a week of purchase. It was packaged with engineering precision (think Apple product.) I love the way it looks and it was very easy to set up. We installed the filter and plugged it in. The flex unit has 4 speeds. We leave it on 24/7 usually at speed 2 or 3. During the night we turn it to speed 1 and it is so quiet I have gotten out of bed to see if it is working. Does it work? My husband has been sleeping better, less sneezing and nose blowing. But the real pollen season for our area is just getting started, so we are cautiously optimistic. I have noticed that the kitchen odors we sometimes smelled in our second floor bedroom are nonexistent. Finally, I like the replacement filter subscription plan. We signed up when we registered our air purifier. It makes sense to use an Alen filter in our unit because it's only going to work as well as the filter you use.
