It is one of the best air purifiers around but it took forever to receive it from ALEN. I know they are busy. I live in Northern California. The smoke from fires has been bad. In a time of need, I was hopeful that I would receive the ALEN more quickly. It’s a very good purifier.

Our flex units have been running for one week now. My wifes cough has gotten much better and we have been impressed with their abilility to remove odors from the house. also after first week we have noticed a lot less dust on tables. very happy with this purchace

No buyers remorse here

I’m glad I researched away from google and came to decide and buy my Alen air purifier. There is a noticeable difference in every sense. Less dander, son not sneezing, my house is less dusty, and I’ll say it, my skin condition is continuing to get better and better. I’ve had it for almost two months now. It bothers me when reviews read, came quickly, can’t wait to use. Ugh!!! I made sure to wait so maybe some of us can trust in an honest review again. The covers on the filter can be changed and with a superb selection. On high, it’s pink noise and I can’t recall hearing or hearing about a quieter one really, so that’s no problem. Packaged so foolproof and professional, anyone from the age of 8-88 could literally unbox to operate this thing. The main reason I chose this particular model is because of airborne mold. I was on the fence about it because it did not have that uv light. It does not need one, this one works!

Great Air Purifier

We bought our first Alen Air purifier 9 years ago. I got a new puppy 9 1/2 years ago and my husband had a allergic reaction to her fur. I was really worried about having to give my pup away. But after some researching my husband found the Alen products on-line. The unit was a little expensive but it was made in USA and great guarantee. The unit started singing into the fifth year and I call the company about the noise. I was so happy that the company replaced the unit quickly. The unit was a little different than the original one. Also was so pleased that the company swap out all of the remaining filters I had purchased for my old unit. Company gladly swap filters out because the new replacement unit had a different size filters. While I was trying to order more replacement filters (out of stock) I realized that my unit only covers 700 sq. ft. and my house is about 1800sq.ft. I’m home a lot more now and I’ve had issues with dust allergies myself so I purchased this second unit to help with my dust and dog dander problems. My husband and I are breathing better now that I can keep the dust under control. Also made sure that both my units use the same size filters. Makes it easy when reordering the filters. I like the look of the unit too. I will recommend this unit to anyone wanting a cleaner home.
