The staff was helpfull in helping me pick out the right units and readying them for me to pick up as I'd had a sudden attack of allergies and needed relief. I bought two units and am very happy with them.

Big fan of the Alen FLEX. Why?
1. Extremely quiet on all settings—won’t know it’s there on setting one or two.
2. Effective in cleaning the air initially and keeping it clean.
3. Fantastic customer service including an upgrade program.
4. Elegant design that isn’t an eyesore

Got this for my office building. It arrived 2 business days later & Alen's packaging and instructions have you up and running within 2 minutes of opening. They make it easy to sign up for autoship filters and warranty.
The Purifier is sleek looking and works very well.
