I love my filter. It cleans my air quickly and helps with my dust allergies. I love that I can keep it quiet when I want it to be and also turn it up for white noise. I like white noise when I sleep so I put it on the highest setting. I also love that I can turn off the lights of the machine so easily at night! It’s a great purifier. I already knew I would like it because my sister has one and I love hers. Now I’m saving for the biggest one to put downstairs in my living room.

Flex rules

I ordered the Flex because my wife had bought one for her office and it had worked so well for her. The order process was professional, friendly and efficient and I received the purifier in just a couple days. It has been as expected, just right. It is so quiet and efficient. Sleep is easy with it running in the same room. The night light can be turned off and the low speeds are so quiet, I can hardly tell it is running. I live in an old house and in just a few weeks the reduction of dust and junk in the air is noticeable and greatly appreciated. If the smoke from wildfires comes back next year, I'm sure the Flex will keep my house air purified. I am very happy with the Flex and would recommend Alen purifiers to anyone looking for the best.

Love this product

I purchased this product in 2017. Having asthma and living with three cats that I am allergic to I decided it would be wise to spend the extra money on this item. Plus I liked the idea of a lifetime warranty. I have loved this product.
In 2020 my unit stopped operating and I contacted the company. While the assistant was unable to locate the warranty information that I submitted at the time of purchase she didn't miss a beat and arranged for a replacement. It arrived in a timely manner. Couldn't have been easier.
I highly recommend this company.
