We bought this for our bedroom. We own the 75i we use for the first floor and we love it and figured this would help further reduce the allergens in the air in our upstairs bedroom. I haven’t bee disappointed. Since we’ve gotten it and ran it, we started noticing we were both sleeping much better with less sneezing and itching at night. It’s very quiet on its lowest setting. It’s still fairly quiet on the next speed up. We’ve settled on that one as it’s low enough to not keep us up at night and high enough to clean the air faster. My wife like that we can turn off the led lights on it so it’s not lighting up the room at night. We have a lot of tree’s around the house and all the tree and leaf mold and it we things get in quickly and this does wonders taking them out of the air.
Setup is super easy. Unpacked, remove the shipping tape, take the plastic off the filter and install it. Plugged it in…. Done.
The design of the machine is great and fits in to nearly any design. It’s simple and just plain works.

Excellent unit

Love this unit. An absolute necessity now that fire season is a thing. I am very noise sensitive, and this unit on low is barely audible to me.
I chose Alen because I bought a smaller unit 10+ years ago for my bedroom. That one is still great and running well, but is too small for my new studio with high ceilings. This new one is larger, but lighter and quieter. I'm sleeping better and my allergies are improving.
Extra appreciation for whomever designed the shipping box. The efficient, elegant, and sturdy design was strangely satisfying.
This company pays attention to detail and takes their work seriously.
Highly recommend.

Really pleased with our Alen air purifier. The set up was incredibly easy. Had previously used air purifiers with washable filters. I’m not convinced that they were effective. We set up the auto ship filter replacement program through Alen and I am confident this is a much better solution. Considering a second air purifier for an additional room at my dads house. He’s a heavy smoker.

I bought a couple of high end Alen Air purifiers for my home. I am highly sensitive, and found myself not turning them on because the noise disturbed me. I was grateful for their generous 60 day return policy because it took me a while to figure this out. When I called, I was blessed to get Danielle on the phone. She was very patient and helped me to get a full refund for my air purifiers, and then identify two other filters that were quieter and better fit my needs. I love my BreatheSmart FLEX air purifiers, so much so that I also bought one for my daughter. These purifiers are quiet and do a great job at cleaning the plentiful dust and pollen that collects from our desert climate and the hair and dander from our 4 shedding pets. I am amazed that there is still a company like this in the U.S. that honestly stands by their products and their word, and offers such fantastic service. They have earned my loyalty.
