Great design and low noise

I like it’s sleek and clean design. The easy to change filters are convenient. And the unbelievable low sound it makes. Even on the higher settings it’s not as loud as others ones I’ve used on their low settings. Very glad I chose this one so far!

Lingering odors

I just received the product which arrived nicely package, but included no instructions (hmmm.. that’s odd). This system has been running in my 700 sq ft townhouse and it’s absolutely makes NO difference in the quality of what I smell. I’ll leave for hours and come back and the air still smells. I’m disappointed and will request a refund/return.

We needed to register 3 air purifiers for the new unit warranty, but we were not planning to begin to use 2 units for several months. We also needed to sign up for the new filter subscription, but not start the subscription for the 2 units not in use yet for much longer time period than the first unit. The customer service person was excellent!

Set up is super easy!

Set up is super easy! Even on high, it is quiet. The noise does not interrupt my sleep. While I do wish that the top panel could go dark at night, I just cover the top with a small towel and I can’t see the lights at all. I love how it has reduced the pet dander in my bedroom and the other rooms where I have the air purifiers.

When I first started shopping for air cleaners, I thought some of the rave reviews for Alen products sounded too good to be true. After lots of research, I took advantage of an Alen discount and bought two FLEX models -- one for the living room and one for my daughter's bedroom. The units look great, are quiet, and are doing a fantastic job -- the raves were true! My 1860's rowhouse sits close to the street and gets very dusty. I'm amazed how much the FLEX has reduced dust in my home and helped relieve my family's allergy symptoms. I'm amazed they are able to perform at this level with relatively low energy use.
