Happy with my purchase

Instructions easy to understand. I like the air movement in the room cleaning the air. I have cleaned the pre filter and can see the dust, etc. that has been removed from the air I am breathing. I opted for the filter with extra carbon and can smell the carbon. I was told this will go away after a while.

Surprisingly quiet. Circulates the air very well. Also increasing how I feel the a/c distributed around the room.

Live in a new home construction area with lots of micro dust. Put this in bedroom and it made an immediate and noticeable difference. Delighted.

We were happy when we got our new filter. It’s quiet and seems to do the job. My husband is being treated for lung cancer through the Veterans Hospital so we think the filter will be a benefit.

When we purchased this machine, we didn't realize that it lacks the automatic features that we like so very much in the other Alen purifier we own. It neither indicates the level of air pollution nor changes fan speed as needed. Moreover, given its small size, it's noisier than it should be. On the upside, it looks fine, and the air seems cleaner. All told, however, we regret the purchase.

I have owned my Alen

I have owned my Alen brand purifier for about 3 years. It’s used upstairs (approx. 650 sq.ft.) and seems to purifier the air great and continues some to downstairs. My filter lasts from 12-14 months and easy to change. You would think for a larger unit it would be noisy, but you hardly hear it running. I would definitely purchase another one in the future.
