This is the second Allen air purifier I have purchased. I;m happy with the product, delivery, etc. The problem is that you sent a black front panel, instead of the oak finish I ordered. I discovered this only after unpacking and recycling the packaging.

Dissatisfied Only because it couldn’t get rid of the cigarette smoke that a neighbor in my apartment complex was smoking and getting into my unit and I got the filter that’s made for wildfire smoke. I thought it would got rid of the odor and affects of the smoke, but it couldn’t keep up with the neighbors smoking

Better air after only one day!

I noticed an improvement in the air in my upstairs within one day! I have two litter boxes and even though I clean them daily it wasn’t quite doing the trick.
The BreatheSmart Flex is very quiet and compact. Definitely a good value.

Have owned for over two years now and am very happy with this unit! It's quiet, easy to set up, easy to change filters (only once per year!), easy operation. High quality device. Fit and finish are outstanding. Recommend purchasing the best filter - the one which captures smoke. I've owned many different air purifiers over the years and this one is by far the best!

We have only been using this for a week. I can’t tell you if it working yet. I can say this the support from Alen has been great all questions answered. They answer the phone when you call. They have been very helpful with all my needs . My air purifier arrived pretty fast. I think it will take a few weeks to notice the difference. I am a happy customer and I would recommend this product to any one. Warranty is Great.

Perfect for my bedroom.

Got this with the VOC/heavy smoke filter a couple of weeks ago and so far it's been great at keeping the air in my room clean. My house isn't super well ventilated so cooking smells can be a problem, but this filter/unit gets rid of them pretty quickly. The only thing I'd like that this unit doesn't have is app connectivity. I have the 75i for the main part of the house and like being able to see the AQI, so it would be nice to see the AQI in my room the same way. Other than that, no complaints. Quiet and efficient.
