Great customer service - attractive product

We got our BreatheSmaer Flex HEPA Air purifier to get relieve from the wild fires and also to help with our allergies. We sleep better and cough less in the morning. The unit is quiet and well designed.
We weren't sure which unit to buy and called Alen, got a wonderful human on the phone right away who was helpful and kind. This and the fact that there is a lifetime warranty helped us to make the decision to spend a significant amount of money. We are happy with our purchase and recommend the air purifier to everybody who wants better air quality.

It's working good so far; if I turn it up a notch, it will be perfect. I may just do that after this new winter storm. It's

This air purifier really works! It makes a huge difference in our indoor air quality. It makes our home feel & smell fresh and clean. This is our second filter, we have one in bedroom and one in living room. Everyone who comes over is says you’d never know we have a cat. Highly recommend! Easy to use and works great!

I had some issues with my old Alen purifiers but the customer service (thanks Tonea!) was fantastic. I was easily and quickly able to talk to a qualified person who could address all of my concerns. I traded my old ones and upgraded to newer bigger ones. The new ones were shipped and received within a week. I am so glad that I bought Alen purifiers. The new FLEX unit is very quiet and works really well. Very pleased. Thank you!!

A bit pricey, but does the job. I like the design and color, I don't like that the air filters up instead of out like a fan. It is quiet, almost too quiet. Overall, a great air filter.

"Flex" your right to breathe clean air . . .

This is a great unit for those with very limited horizontal space for an air purifier as it has the smallest footprint of all of the BreatheSmart models. It's exceptionally quiet even on the highest setting. I do miss the auto setting of the other BreatheSmart models but for and entry level unit and the price it's a good buy.
