Have owned for over two years now and am very happy with this unit! It's quiet, easy to set up, easy to change filters (only once per year!), easy operation. High quality device. Fit and finish are outstanding. Recommend purchasing the best filter - the one which captures smoke. I've owned many different air purifiers over the years and this one is by far the best!

We have only been using this for a week. I can’t tell you if it working yet. I can say this the support from Alen has been great all questions answered. They answer the phone when you call. They have been very helpful with all my needs . My air purifier arrived pretty fast. I think it will take a few weeks to notice the difference. I am a happy customer and I would recommend this product to any one. Warranty is Great.

Perfect for my bedroom.

Got this with the VOC/heavy smoke filter a couple of weeks ago and so far it's been great at keeping the air in my room clean. My house isn't super well ventilated so cooking smells can be a problem, but this filter/unit gets rid of them pretty quickly. The only thing I'd like that this unit doesn't have is app connectivity. I have the 75i for the main part of the house and like being able to see the AQI, so it would be nice to see the AQI in my room the same way. Other than that, no complaints. Quiet and efficient.

I ordered the BreatheSmart Flex after I had major sinus surgery a few years ago. The purifier continues to be excellent in every way. I recently bought an additional purifier of the exact type for another room. Great product!

Great addition to a larger unit.

I added this system after having a larger unit in the main part of the house.
It is quiet operation in the bedroom area.
As an owner of the larger Alen unit for several years, I am totally convinced on the improvement of the air quality in my home.

This is our second Alen air purifier and the only one we would trust in our baby’s nursery. It’s quiet, the filters last a long time and it works. With all of the compromised air quality issues in the tri-state area lately, this product gives us peace of mind that our baby is safe.

Love it! Helps me sleep throughout the night. I am allergic to grass pollen! Just purchased another Alen purifier for the TV room downstairs! Cannot wait for it to arrive! It is my anniversary present from my hubby !
