Does Nothing for Pet Odor

I mainly purchased this unit and the special odor filter to mitigate the strong odor of our cat. Unfortunately, this machine has not made a dent in the odor. The size of our bed room is about 10’ by 12’, which is smaller than the size that this machine promises to handle.
At full blast, it serves as an overpriced fan and at regular speed, it is a glorified white noise machine.
I don’t know if it works with other odors and smoke, but if your odor problems are pet related, this device is not the solution.
Given that to use it, you will have to keep spending money on proprietary filters, I wouldn’t call it a good investment either.

Alen filters work for me

This is my 2 nd alen air filter… we have 2 dogs and I have pulmonary issues so clean air is so important….I have 1 in our bedroom and 1 in the livingroom. I run them 24/7 . They are quiet and effective…

This is the second Allen air purifier I have purchased. I;m happy with the product, delivery, etc. The problem is that you sent a black front panel, instead of the oak finish I ordered. I discovered this only after unpacking and recycling the packaging.

Dissatisfied Only because it couldn’t get rid of the cigarette smoke that a neighbor in my apartment complex was smoking and getting into my unit and I got the filter that’s made for wildfire smoke. I thought it would got rid of the odor and affects of the smoke, but it couldn’t keep up with the neighbors smoking

Flex it, baby!

We absolutely love these purifiers! We have had another brand for years and while they helped some, and were much better than nothing, they do not compare to these! My 12yr old said, "whoa, mom! Even OUR bathroom smells good! These air purifiers are amazing!" Haha!

Better air after only one day!

I noticed an improvement in the air in my upstairs within one day! I have two litter boxes and even though I clean them daily it wasn’t quite doing the trick.
The BreatheSmart Flex is very quiet and compact. Definitely a good value.
