All positive, fast shipping, works as expected. This is my 2nd Flex Certified Refurbished, so obviously I think it is a quality product and value. I also like the fact that I can turn the lights off. Very quiet on lowest setting. The first one I put in the living room, and this one goes in my bedroom. I used to wake up stuffed up all the time, now I do not.

Thought this thing was a gaming console not some purifier, although it works quite well airing out all the gas I pass on a daily basis.

El ALEN BreathSmart Flex es un purificador excelente, no es tan ruidoso y he mejorado mucho de mi alergias , lo comencé a usar hace más o menos 20 días y he notado gran mejoría. Siempre estaba con una tos alérgica y ya no me sucede como antes. Lo recomiendo mucho. La entrega fue rápida. Gracias Allen por un buen producto. PS. He observado que en las mesas no hay casi polvo.

Great HEPA; could use a remote

I replaced a Winix HEPA filter which made an unfortunate whine at all levels of operation. I was planning to replace it with a Dyson HEPA filter, as I have one in my office, but the new Dyson air purifiers add a fan which heats or cools, functions I don't need. I read a review of the Alen fan in Consumer Reports, and I am very happy with it. I loved the opportunity to customize and that it actually looks quite nice in my bedroom. It runs quietly. The only thing I miss about the Winix is that it came with a remote control, so I could turn it up to high from bed when we were turning out the lights. I use the HEPA filter to filter out snoring noise from my husband at night, and I liked being able to crank it up without getting out of bed.
