Seriously Awesome. And Seriously Quiet!!!

Wow! I am so impressed with our new Alen Flex units, and I highly recommend them to anyone on the fence. Everything about them feels high quality, and they're clearly very thoughtfully designed, including the thoughtful packaging they ship in (the shipping boxes just flip open, there was nothing to wrestle and tug with!). They were so easy install and I appreciate the customizable filter types for each room's needs. We originally purchased an Alen Fit50 years ago, and have been pleased with it, but I have to say the Flex is our new favorite. It has a slimmer profile, and on its lowest setting, it's inaudible! I have to put my hand above it to feel the air flow to make sure it's actually on, because I truly can't hear it! I'm definitely feeling the improvement in our air, and have peace of mind knowing these babies are doing their job. Subscribing to the filters means I'll never miss a beat. I love the customizable faux wood panels for the front, too; it makes them blend in with our home's furniture so much better. Thank you, Alen, you've knocked it out of the park!!!

Makes a big difference

I live in new construction and there was so much construction dust. Since I got this machine, the air has never been more clean! Sweet relief! I sleep so much better now that it’s in my bedroom too. I highly recommend these!

It’s quiet, it appears to function consistently, and I’m so pleased that there suça way to turn off the LED light so it doesn’t disturb our vision nor our sleep. I have no idea if it is really protecting us against viruses. Only time will tell.

It's beautiful. Works perfectly. It's like new. Works perfectly. Do I already say it? It's quiet at night on the power one. Have a great size. It's easy to operate. There is a no-lights mode.

No regrets on my Alen purchase!

I did my research before buying and found that Alen's reputation definitely precedes it. Once I was comfortable with my choice in Alen, I bought three. I have two of the Alen T500 for my bedrooms and bought the BreatheSmart Flex for the apartment. I live in a reconstructed factory with high ceilings, exposed pipes and ventilation system. I love living here, but cleaning the elevated surfaces has not been easy to say the least. I run my purifier on high while I am cleaning and for about an hour post-cleaning and then low setting otherwise. I have noticed a definite difference in the accumulation of dust in between cleanings and if this keeps going the way I think it will, I may end up not needing to clean the high surfaces anymore! That was a benefit I did not foresee and could not be happier! My daughter and I both feel a difference in the air quality since having the Alen as well.
