I Love All 4 of Them!

After purchasing my first BreatheSmart several years ago for my basement, I loved it so much that I added a second for the main floor of my home. Then followed the FIT50 for the upstairs and most recently the Flex for the master bedroom.
The customer service was wonderful to work with when one of my units was not working correctly. They replaced it immediately without hassle and I have had no trouble with the unit since.
I think the fact that I continue to add units to my home over the years speaks to how well I feel these purifiers have improved the air quality of my home.
They run quiet and the silver filter is perfect for my pet friendly home. I have and will continue to recommend the Alen Air Purifiers to my friends and family.

Breath of fresh air

I really love my Breathesmart Flex air purifier. It is quite enough that I can sleep through the night. Love that I can turn off the lighting function at night. I have asthma and this has made the air in my bedroom a lot cleaner. The main reason I bought this air purifier was for the lifetime warranty.

The air quality was noticeably different the moment we turned on our new BreatheSmart air purifier. With a dog in the house, the hair gets everywhere! I've been looking for a solution to counteract this issue for the longest time -

Ordered the machine to help grandson with his asthma. Also inherited mother-in-laws cat. What a difference this had made in our home. House smells fresh. Grandson has the most relief that he has had in a long time. Really like the ionizer feature. Thanks

My Breathesmart Flex bad odor

The unit was purchased for my allergies for the bedroom. However it has a bad odor coming from it which makes me wNt to not use it at all. My allergies are worse, can the odor be the cause? There must be a warranty fix for this!
