So far, so good on re-conditioned units. Still having an issue with setting up the automatic filter purchase for the Life Time Warranty program, as you can’t sign up without immediately purchasing a filter.

Just used it for about a month and so far so good. I did notice that the lock button wasn’t working so taking a star off. I would think a certified refurbished means everything will be in working order. I’ve looked at the filter a few times and it’s definitely catching dust.

Appears tp be brand new. Works beautifully. Very quiet.
Has a dark brown cover. Asked if I could exchange it for a lighter color. No problem.
