Great, clean packaging and very intuitive set up. Loved that it didn’t include a fat manual that takes up space in my junk drawer. Works as advertised - quiet and highly effective at dispelling smells like cooking smells.

They are well build!
The filters are NOT cheap...The price could be lower!
The refurbish equipment is working 100%.
It is my THIRD ONE and all my brothers are using air purifiers.
The AIR is SO ...SO FRESH!
Best Purchase in these years!

Love my purifier!

Received my purifier in 2-3 days after I ordered it. It was very easy to use and extremely quiet. I don’t even realize it is on. I live in a very dusty place and I have dogs and cats. I feel that the air quality is much better and my allergies seem to have gotten better. The settings are very easy to use.

WOW. I turned it on full blast for a half hour, and my entire place was clean of dust, allergens, and leftover COVID19 air (from my sickness the weeks before). On the lowest setting it is whisper quiet, and you can't hear it. I leave it on this setting most of the time so it runs gently in the background. But when you want to move some air and do a power-cleanse of your home, turn it on setting 3 or 4 for a half hour to an hour. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I'm glad I bought this. It's light weight, easy to move about the house, and does a great job.

I've enjoyed these so far! They do a great job with the air quality of the two rooms we use them in. The Flex is simple and set it/forget it. An app would be nice, but isn't needed at all! Customer service has been great so far.
