We bought an Alen Tower

We bought an Alen Tower Air Purifier for the kitchen. We also bought an Alen Flex Filter unit for the family room, where the dogs lie all over the rugs in front of the fire place.
Both Alen units are truly SUPERIOR. The kitchen quickly clears cooking odors. And even the dogs seem to enjoy the fresh smelling air in the family room.
HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for the Alen Company. this is one case of the product being even better than hoped for

Extremely satisfied with my purchases. Even though its refurbished it looks brand new and the packaging was perfect! It has worked wonders for asthma and allergies! I highly recommend this product!! Definitely worth the money! Great product!

Nice Air Purifier

This thing is a wonderful air purifier. We purchased the fresh filter for it. I would probably chose the silver filter for it next time. The reason for the purchase is because we use a wood stove to heat and wanted to capture the smoke. So far this has worked fairly well. Seems to be a lag in time for how long it takes to get the smoke smell cleaned up, but overall we are very pleased.

No auto speed control on this model

We have a number of different Alen air filters to control particulates in the air in our apartment and office in New York City. I bought this one for our home upstate because of the dust and pollen that accumulated. It works well but I regret that I didn’t notice it doesn’t have auto speed control. Fortunately, that’s not a major issue.

A little pricey, but it's worth it

Our bedroom air has never been so clean. Did we move to the Montana wilderness? Nope, we started using the Alen BreatheSmart FLEX True HEPA Air Purifier. As a side benefit, it generates white noise, which really helps with sleeping, too.

Really impressed with this device. Inaudible in 24hr low energy setting, barely so if I want to kick it up a notch. Performs very well, and it doesn't hurt that it comes with a nice sleek customizable exterior. Quite impressed overall, about a month into daily use.
