Lives up to the hype

Got this for my home office, which is a very small room that's really more like finish attic space, and doesn't get any air flow so really needs this purifier. It arrived quickly, basically no set up needed. Very easy to use and I really like the feature where I can tap to turn off the display while the machine runs. Only change I would make is timer options--currently there's 2,4, & 12. 8 would be perfect for me in my office, and for the second one I'm about to purchase for my bedroom. It's certainly quieter than any other air purifier I've gotten and I'm very happy with it.

High quality, effective, quiet and stylish

This is our 2nd Alen air purifier. It worked so well for our son's allergies that we bought another one for our bedroom. We love this product. My husband notices a big improvement in his allergies (much less congested). I'm impressed with the quality, design and it's super quiet.

This product has been running for a month. Our bedroom was so dusty but with the Alen the air quality is improved and my husbands CPAP filters are lasting longer. I’m glad we are on filter subscription. Thank you Alen..

The Alen purifier pretty much saves me the hassle of moving with the heavy smoke filter which so far has done its job from stopping smoke getting in my condo!!!

Have it in my room and seems to cut down on allergic reactions to dust, pollen.
Only reason for 4 stars is because it took longer to get here that I thought it would.

Thanks! Needed for caretaker who is caring for a heavy smoker so thankful for the extra carbon filter. She said it was the first time she slept soundly as not bothered by the smoke.

I live in a townhouse which consists of mostly a big living room/kitchen area with a high vaulted ceiling, and with that confined structure, cooking odors really stick around for a long time (it's totally typical to still smell last night's dinner at the next morning's breakfast time.) But what a difference after setting up the BreatheSmart FLEX in the living room! It's absolutely true that it circulates through the whole room's air in 2 hours or less, because by 2 hours after a meal, there is NO cooking odor to be found! Even with the more...you know, fragrant...menu items like fish or broccoli (which always used to hang around the longest before we got the purifier), the BreatheSmart filters the smells totally away within the promised time frame. It's terrific, and I highly recommend it!
I can tell it works well on dust/particulate matter too, because last weekend I gave it a real challenge when I did some drywall repairs in the living room...lots of dust kicked up by sawing and sanding. Within two hours or less, there was no scent of drywall powder anywhere! I really feel like I can trust this purifier to keep my air clean, and I'm very happy with it!

Great buy for allergies

This has made a huge difference in my family's household allergies. I don't wake up congested everyday anymore. My only complaint is that it doesn't have an auto adjust mode or tell you the air quality. The product is solid though.
