Deceptively slim; stylish and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I really love this backpack. Up until recently, I've been using a Swiss Gear backpack as my daily driver bag for my commute. I love the amount of items I can pack in there, but it definitely does feel bulkier, like it's meant for more rugged adventures. The Modern Utility GT Laptop Backpack, on the other hand, has an impressively slim profile that's great for tucking away while riding on the train or the bus, but still manages to allow for a significant amount of storage. I've had zero issues fitting all of my daily necessities (laptop, cables, adapters, notebooks, other miscellaneous stuff) in there, and it still stays slim, wears comfortably, and looks sleek. My immediate needs don't dictate that I carry something "professional" looking, but this bag does have a very lovely minimalist style that could be worn by anyone, regardless of their office culture. The laptop pocket is snug, nicely padded, and holds my 15" machine with no issues. I love how secure it feels. Same could be said for the two tablet pockets. I have yet to worry about anything I place in there jostling around or getting damaged. The materials lining those pockets lend themselves nicely to electronics, too. They feel premium, soft, padded, like they won't damage any of my devices. The build quality inside and out is pretty fantastic. The zippers glide nicely. The fabric of the bag feels substantial, like it'll easily put up with long-term daily use. I even quite like the navy blue color. Very subdued. Overall, I'd easily recommend this to someone looking for a daily laptop bag. I've loved mine so far, and I use it every day.

Great Pack for Business Travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice backpack. I'm on the road several times per month. I've tried many, many briefcases and backpacks. I'll start with the negatives. First, the pockets for water bottles don't have drainage holes for condensation. Second, there is no lanyard for my keys. Otherwise, this is a very nice backpack. My 15-inch laptop and it brick fits very well. There are two compartments for tablets. May be overkill, but I know some folks who travel with two. There is also enough room for several hard copy files or small notebooks. I like the compartment for flash drives or other small devices. The carrying strap is among the most comfortable I've used. The straps are fairly comfortable too. The bottom of the pack seems rugged and water-resistant to a reasonable degree. There is a top compartment that is great for headphones, sunglasses, or other fragile items. One major plus for this pack: it doesn't look ridiculous with business attire. This pack looks fine with business or casual attire. On the whole, I'm very happy with the pack.

Cons: No Drainage for Water Bottle Pocket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for a variety of uses and is very durable and stylish. I have used it for several trips and love the capacity of the bag. It keeps my laptop safe and protected and allows me to take several other items with me. Absolutely love the bag! Pros: -Stylish -Durable -Lightweight -great capacity -easy access Cons: - The only thing i wish this bag had was either a carrier or a pouch for a water bottle. The side pocket has ability to do this, but i'd prefer to have a mesh lined pocket so that a water bottle that sweats doesn't leak into the bag. Overall I love the bag and give it 5 stars. I recommend it to anyone.

Great backpack for college students!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a nursing student, I've been looking for a backpack that is large enough to holds my 1,000+page anatomy books, my large 15.5" laptop, and that offers a lot of support for my back. This backpack delivers on all! Seems extremely well made, and I have no doubt that it will hold up without any issues.

My wife has even used it to carry her books for the classes she teaches. It's pretty durable. Better quality than I was expecting, and the zippers look pretty durable as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the product mostly for every day use. I go to and from work exposed to the elements. This backpack is built so study with reinforced seams and heavy duty zippers. The fabric and multiple pockets allows me to store all the thing I'll need and things for a rainy day. I like to keep bug out materials with me at all times so storage is a must and I am without wanting in this backpack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this backpack from Samsonite. I use it everyday to take tools to work and back. Had it for about a week and love it. Had a Swiss brand backpack which was good also but i liked the material, finish, colors on this one more. Its compact but big enough to keep everything in and lots of pockets to keep small items, such as coffee mug, sunglasses, wipes, etc. I Highly Recommend this backpack whether you need it for work and have to carry a laptop or not.

Great bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is amazing! It's stylish and modern, and could probably hold 3-4 laptops and accessories comfortably. It has more compartments and pockets than a military 5 day assault pack. I have been using it to go back and forth to work for the past few weeks. It's sturdy enough to stand up to the elements and yet classy enough to be worn into a business meeting. The straps and back cushions make it fit comfortably even when it's packed full. The only down side is the zippers... there are so many of them, at times, I can hear the bag jingling like santas sled.
