The box for this TV was never opened. I bought this TV, with a white case, because it was the only model available in that size. Before the white TV arrived, I found an identical model in black at a national retailer. I am returning the unopened white TV for a refund. I marked the "stars" ratings as average because the box was never opened.

No working headphone jack

It's ridiculous to have a headphone jack on the back of the tv but not have it work. LG says it does not have one because this is an entry level tv... where would you put an entry level tv? Kids room? Office? Use as a monitor? ALL USES THAT NEED HEADPHONES! Other than that its a tv that has average picture, average tv sound, and mediocre options. So disappointed in LG, returning this tv and purchasing another brand.

Replaced an old analog TV that finally gave up it's last electron to the eternalnet. The LG works great but the menu description was very vague and took some time to figure out. Just wish it would unscramble the cable signal so I could get rid of the cable box.
