[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV...is excellent for the size. Picture is fine, as I am using an antenna rather than cable. I am doing this because if Comcast went out for any reason, at least I can still get news and important weather information while other service is disrupted.
The lower left corner of the screen is very dim, as if the LEDs are not getting fully lit. As soon as I get the packing material together I'm sending it back for service. If it comes back working right, I'll update my review.

Hi, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Have you tried power cycling the television? You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in. After this, check for firmware updates. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since purchasing this TV last July, it’s been sent back for repair twice. First time the HDMI input stopped working, and the second time it would not power on at all. I think I’ve got a lemon.
