I bought this product a month ago. It is quick, user-friendly and small enough to be used at home. I am satisfied with this and hopefully it will be working as good as now at least for 5 years. One more thing is that I have already had another HP printer. That was the main reason that I bough a new one. That one is still working but I couldn't bring it to Canada as it was an older version I was using it once I was in Iran.It was much heavier than this (HP Laser JET 1320). That one I guess I have had it since 2004 and it is still working as good as the first day. Hope this one will work the same or better ;-)

This printer is useless, we can't see this printer in the hp printers list while search for its code or something else . There are 100s of hp printers but not this one listed . We are not satisfied with this purchase. We can't connect this printer with chrome book as well.

Great little B&W printer. It provides a quick, sharp image from multiple devices via wireless connection. Very compact. Had a similar HP product many many years ago. It was great then as it is now. I grew weary of constantly fighting with cartridge replacements and the high cost of colour ink jet printers. In today’s technical environment there is much less need for hard copy and when there is, this works great.

Download driver issues

I bought this printer at a garage sale. It is a nice compact portable printer which I will use when volunteering at free income tax clinics at various locations around my city. Unfortunately, due to my lack of computer expertise, when I tried to down load the driver from the internet, I ended up in a mess. Never use "Driver Support"!!!!! This has nothing to do with HP or any other manufacturer.
