Inoperable Design

I bought this about a month ago from SwagTron directly, and it arrived a day before scheduled which I was happy about, however when I used the product, I experienced a failure of the wheels clearing the wheelbase, so the inside of the SwagRoller began to make clanking sounds and eventually the product said something that sounded like “please repair” gave me red lights that flashed, and then all of a sudden shut down on me in the middle of riding whilst going over 2 mph which is regular walking speed for the average person. That greatly concerned me. The product also isn’t well put together as the effects of the wheels scraping the wheelbase caused the product to ultimately fail. Whilst it is a fun riding experience, Swagtron could make this product safer and more user friendly by paying more attention to design and possibly more user testing during the prototyping stages of the design. In conclusion, the product provides a fun experience but ultimately feels half cared for and badly put together compared to other unicycle brands such as King Song and Segway One. With a little more attention and maybe no decals on the product, this could really be a top of the line product for its class.

So much fun

This thing is great. I was a little worried at first because of all the videos I saw of people falling backwards when learning how to ride a hoverboard. This one is solid and easy to ride. My son, who had never been on a Segway or hoverboard before, got on this and in 5 minutes, was riding it around the neighborhood. He never fell off this thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
