Packed with two right ear hook's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got these as a gift. I was excited for them but the right ear piece rattles an was package with two right ear hooks. So basically can't use the left hook at all very uncomfortable trying to use a right ear hook for the left ear. Very unsatisfied...

Good Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for Christmas and they fit my ear perfectly, the cord is an awkward length for me it is too long. The audio also sounds a little muffled like i am at a concert but i'm backstage so i can hear everything it is just muffled. Great product but could be improved! I enjoy them so far!
