Made one loaf of white bread and it came out delicious, we are a small family and one loaf per week is more than enough. Also lasts fresh longer than expected given it’s homemade. Made it on a Friday and finished it Wednesday. Would highly recommend. Also have other Zojirushi items, have never been disappointed, definitely an investment, but well worth it, given how long their products last!

We’ve made 5 different varieties of bread so far, and each has been flavorful and fluffy, never dry or dense. One loaf is big enough for at least 4 sandwiches.
