[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always review Consumer Reports before buying anything. The Zojirushi Fresh Brew was rated 5/5 for reliability, brew performance and convenience. It ranked highest with one other coffee maker but that one rated 4/5 for reliability. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Just a nice machine to wake up to.

Perfect for a small coffee station

I bought this soon after moving into our new home. The coffee station is rather small, and I needed a coffee make that everything could be accessed from the front and this fit the bill. I would give it 5 stars except, after almost 4 years, the carafe is leaking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No dribble carafe, easy to use, tasty coffee & tea

There was only one coffee maker that I loved and it was a cheapy from the drugstore. I loved it because it was simple and the spout miraculously did not dribble, but it was no longer available, so I did my research and came across this wonder in 2017. The reason why I can give an honest opinion, is this is my second maker, but not because the current one died, but because I was getting another one for my dad 5 years later. The simplicity of function, the non dribble carafe, the removable, transparent water tank, and no expense of the cone type filter (those things are dumb expensive for what they are). I have not used the iced coffee function, but with dad's new maker, I have used it to brew green tea and it does beautifully. I know, it's not the best way, but it's the way he does it and has for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works good. Had trouble learning how to keep the hot plate on longer than an hour but it is possible. Did not use the ice coffee feature yet but I hear it is good. I would recommend this coffee maker. Quality is very good.

We've owned this brewer now for about a month. We only use it on the weekends. So far we love the way it brews. The shower-head type head spreads the water over all of the grounds. And the no-drip pot is also great. We'll wait to see about how it operates over the long run but so far it's awesome.

Dribbling carafe

I have enjoyed this coffee pot for 3 years, until the carafe starting dribbling. I asked the company if I could take the carafe apart to clean it thoroughly, but they advised against that. I have been online searching for a new carafe, either glass or stainless insulated, with no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you so much for using our coffee maker for the last 3 years and sharing your experience with us. I'm so sorry to hear that the carafe is having some dribbling issues.
We don't recommend taking the carafe apart as it will most likely cause damage to it like the glass carafe breaking. It's not designed to be disassembled. We do offer replacement glass carafes for this model on our Parts & Accessories shop in the event that one is needed. This model has a heating plate so we don't recommend using a stainless insulated carafe with it since the insulation may become compromised.
