Very convenient !

We have had CD-WBC30 for 15 years with no faults whatsoever, moderate use !I just replaced the top gasket a month ago and works perfect. If you want really hot 208 degrees water, initially drain 1/2 cup which is the volume in the glass tube and not very hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this thing. The footprint is roughly the same as an electric kettle so it isn't using up more counter space. Really, you're just displacing when the actual boil happens. You still have to fill it the same amount, it takes the same amount of time to come up to temperature (but then stays there). The difference is, you're just expending a little extra electricity to move the boil time to sometime other than when you want your beverage. It is perfect! No more waiting for the boil when you want a cup of tea!

My family has owned Zojirushi water boilers my entire life and I finally bought one for myself for my future home. I love the water boilers because they are so convenient. Rather than microwaving or boiling water when needed, this product keeps the water hot for days! I highly recommend this product.

I think the hot water dispenser is a great idea, however, this dispenser did not work for me. First, it takes a very long time to heat up. Second, the water is not hot enough. And once it does reach a hot temperature--it cools immediately. Neither my oolong or black tea was satisfying. I have a coffee pot that has more accurate temperature settings and boils water hot enough and lasting for that perfect cup of black tea. Sorry, just did not satisfy me for my perfect cup of tea.

Thank you for your honest review and we are sorry to hear about your experience with the water boiler. The water boilers take about 40 to 45 minutes to reach boiling point and will then take some time to lower the temperature of the water to the set keep warm temperature. The water boiler will turn on the heater to increase the temperature when it lowers to bring it back up to the keep warm temperature selected. The first cup of water that is dispensed will be at a lower temperature because it's the water in the gauge.
