Strange noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this fridge as a replacment of the old one (also Frigidaire). It was because of the exact same size and design. But after using it for a few days, I noticed that there were strange noises coming from the fridge which was different from the old one. Not sure why and where the noises were coming from.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall poorly made

Well my self ripped out the ice maker stopped working and I can’t turn the temperature past 5 without the compressor making noises!!! Worst part I’ve only had it a couple months now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is normal for the compressor to make some noise when adjusting the temperature; high-efficiency systems like the one in this refrigerator may make a high-pitched hum or pulsing sound while in operation. Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 1year ago, ice maker and water dispenser broke 3weeks after the warranty was up, costing me hundreds out of pocket to get a new valve and arms for the ice maker!! doors are constantly dirty since this size and model didn’t come in smudge proof, like my stove dishwasher and microwave are, which were all purchased together!!!! I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this unit!!!

Very noisy

Sorry for the purchase. It makes a terrible noise that deafens. Small spaces and very fragile tablets, the first one was broken and before the 1st year of purchase. Rate 0

Not what I expected

I have had this side-by-side for two years. Up until now, it has been fine. Recently, water started collecting under the freezer bin and then draining onto the floor. If I remove a huge plate of ice every few days from under the bin, that stops the water from spilling out. Where is this coming from? The ice maker or some defect with the defrosting process? I don't know if it is worth getting an appliance service in to investigate or just get a new refrigerator.
