Highly Recommend This Workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this powerful and heavy duty all metal professional drink mixer. Really appreciated the spindle with two agitators. The shakes/frappes & fruit drinks with crushed ice (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) came out evenly mixed & "frothy". Can't wait to make a "fluffy" omelet with this mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drink mixer is the best. We made some milkshakes this week. They were the best. Even though I overloaded the ice cream this machine did the job. Smoothest milk shake I ever made at home. Rich & creamy drink. clean-up was a snap also.

Homemade Milkshakes - quick & easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Hamilton Beach All-Metal Drink Mixer and was immediately was impressed by the looks. It resembles an old fashioned milk shake machine! My family loved the shakes that I made for them with ice cream and add-ins. Make sure that you fill the mixing cup up though - it works better and splashes less if the cup is fuller. We also used it to make protein and breakfast shakes with powder. The mixing wand got the clumps right out. The machine does take a little practice to make the perfect ice cream shake and be sure you don’t start out of high (it’ll make a mess). Overall though it’s a nice machine that does what it says.

Great Countertop immersion blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Professional All-Metal Drink Mixer is in essence a self-contained countertop immersion blender w/ readily attached ( and detached) container, which blends liquids 'hand-free' at 2 different speeds -very convenient. It is excellent for preparing fresh, single-serve/ small batches ( 4-12 oz) of smoothie, milkshake, soup, pancake, omelet recipes. Cleaning is very easy, as you just put 2 drops of liquid dish soap in a few oz of water, whir, rinse, wipe, and you're done. I find this so much easier to use than the hand held blenders. Only drawback so far is that at high speed w/ container full (10-12 oz), it tends to splash a little... can be overcome by covering w/ top w/ hand/napkin for a few seconds. Overall I am very pleased w/ this item; and very glad to have it. I am eating more healthfully due to the convenience of using it.

Pretty Good Drink Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have learned that for some things you need a special appliance and that applies to drinks/shakes. Yes they can be messy to make and not everything is perfect, but the end result is so worth it. The recipes can be changed a little such as adding a little whipping cream to the berry flavors. My favorite recipe so far is the lemon-berry cooler. Love lemonade and strawberries. I used frozen strawberries just to see how it would come out and it was great. So Minute Maid Lemonade and Strawberries will be my drink of choice next summer. You do have to remember NOT to use anything other than crushed ice. I just happen to have a Magic Bullet to crush the ice. My one item that does need changing is to lift the head there is no place to put it other than holding in your hand. I worked it out but see this as one thing to fix. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, especially if there are kids. Let the kids help as this is a sturdy machine and should stand up to the test.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's like memories of drug store ice cream counters, but this appliance has changed the way I mix powdered drinks, shakes, etc.as well. It's so easy to clean up after use and doesn't take up a lot of space. Highly recommended!
