I used it and I love it. Easy to make coffee and has two ways to brew. Compatible with k-cup pods and regular grounded coffee!

PRODUCT IS SCREWED UP! COFFEE IT MAKES IS NOT DRINKABLE! CALLED YOUR "HELP" DEPARTMENT FOR ASSISTANCE AND AGENT (KELLY?) COULD NOT ASSIST ME AND THEN DISCONNECTED ME. YOUR PRODUCT AND INFO PAMPHLET ARE DIFFERENT! KEURIG POD DOES NOT WORK IN YOUR POD TRAY!!!!
