[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a replacement under warranty a month ago. Although the new one is not malfunctioning as often as the replaced machine, it is clear it will not last very long before it routinely leaks water into drip tray, crushes used capsules, and “locks” the capsule compartment. Clearly still some design issues exist.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
