Doesn't last very long.

I have a tower PC and monitor hooked up, with a small router and phone, and the battery doesn't even last 10 minutes from full, with the PC idling. It drains so quick I can literally watch the squares in the battery icon go away the minutes I watch. This should get me a good half an hour at least, but comes nowhere close. I'm going to look elsewhere for UPS during my next purchase, which will probably be soon since this one doesn't seem to really work well.
Cons: Low Confidence in 24/7 Uptime
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to review our UPS. I am sorry to hear that the runtime isn't as expected. There is a chance that the PC is pulling more power than expected. The load would be around 450 watts to provide around 10 minutes of runtime. If the load is lower than that I recommend reaching out to an APCbySchneiderElectric support team for further assistance. No Windows Server compatibility

The product in itself would be great. The compatible software won't work on windows server 2019.
Pros: High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this item, plugged the item into a wall, I was really surprised on how good it turns out, first of all the screen is really good, you can stand 20 feet away to see how much battery minutes you have left, the cool white display I prefer too, I have had "other" battery backups over time they usually had the red display which I din't like much at all as it affected my vision. I have plugged in a cellular phone wall charger to see what it can do and sure enough the phone started charging. Finally one of the features of this item I really enjoy if the silent mode option it has on top, a simple 3 second press to keep the functions running but silences any beeping. That is a great feature because if we have an office with 30 workers using the same item we wouldn't enjoy 30 beeps in one area, 5 stars on technology,

Great battery backup unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] APC has a great product line. This 1350 unit is relatively light weight and easy to carry. It has the same great features that other APC units have. It has decent run time. It is the perfect size for newer computers that have a lower power draw and smaller power supply than older computers.
