Trying to get a replacement head in the US did not work.
Had to pay $10 shipping for purchase on Foreo site.
I really liked the hybrid head, which is apparently discontinued.
This one is nice.

This is a replacement brush head for the one that came with my then new Foreo toothbrush. It is a bit different than the original one which had a white center. Good tight rows, but soft brush head. It was sent via FedEx and there was a long delivery delay, possibly due to weather conditions. It sat in a warehousein Indianapolis for a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there, thanks for sharing your ISSA™ experience :) Please note there are two types of ISSA™ replacement brush heads. The first one is the Hybrid Brush Head (silicone and PBT polymer bristles combined) that came with your ISSA™ 2 toothbrush, and the second one is ISSA™ Brush Head that is completely made of medical-grade silicone and designed for more sensitive teeth and gums. You can find both types in smaller (ISSA™ Mini) size as well. Happy brushing <3

I am not a huge fan of this brush head. I prefer the head that had a mixture of the silicone and hard bristles. I think I get a better brush with that head. But all that was available online was this silicone brush head. It's not horrible. But not great compared to my last head.

Everyone is different and that is why we develop different products and offer customization. Please remember you can also use smaller replacement brushes with your ISSA™ toothbrush, so if you prefer the Hybrid brush heads, and there are no normal sized ones, you can use ISSA™ Mini Hybrid Replacement Brush Heads with your device. Some people even like it better as they say it fits better in their mouth and they have a better reach with the smaller brush heads. Give it a try :) Happy brushing!

The customer representative was great. Really customer friendly. I'm really disappointed with quality of a product. I bought my Issa in March 2018. Brush head lasted for 5 months and then the brush silicone lines started to fall off. After brushing, I was spitting silicon brush lines. So I ordered a new one. Despite that price on fore.com was in HRK (Croatian currency) the price charged to my AMEX was in dollars, converted to euro and then to HRK. That means double conversion. Why in dollars since I bought product in HRK? I'll inform Croatian Consumer Protection Service because you do not have rights to make such conversions without prior notification to customer.
This is not all, this this morning my ISSA braked, the axle broke and I did claim on foreo site. I tried to reach Europe Customer Care on tel 38515790882, from 08:00 - 10:00 and I dialed 17 times!!!! No one answered. I even sent an Email.
It's a shame because I was really happy with your product for 3 months.
