Missed Connection

When we first purchased this TV it worked amazing! No problems connecting to the internet or any of our apps. Now not even a year has passed and we constantly are having to reset the network connection in the TV. We can't even stream a 40 minute show without the TV buffering, the same show I have no problem streaming on my phone through the wifi at home. I will say however that the picture is great and it looks awesome when gaming. Just fix the connection problems!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Features on this TV are adequate except for the ability to acquire apps. If you don't have a smartphone ( not everyone does contrary to popular opinion ) then your out of luck. But overall if you want a TV to meet basic needs and a little more then Vizio should be alright for you

It is stuck in store demo mode, the website is not user friendly to get the manual. :-(

Hello Just art, thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

I have had Vizios for the last 12 years and just got a bigger one and I love it and will not change. My next TV will be a VIZIO.

The most annoying tv I've ever owned.

I bought this tv a few months ago. Its a good tv. Nothing really special about it. Has the features of any smart tv, but one feature I gave a 3 star rating for is that it has a mind of its on. It will turn itself on an off when ever it wants to. The worst time of the day is when your sound asleep at night and all of a sudden this tv that is in the living room turns on without any remote being touched. I've gone away for the weekend and I come back home to the tv on. Not sure what day that I was gone that it decided to turn itself on. That's just two instisence. It's an every day occurring event. So annoying.
