Great Phone, but has a different type size charger

Phone is great, but 2 things I've ALWAYS loved about samsung and other android type devices is that 1, you can take out the battery (can't with this phone) and 2, the charger is the same one that fits EVERYTHING else but an iPhone. This one requires a different size charger, so now I have to get a new car charger, and an extra charger so I don't have to haul a new one to the office.
Like I said, the phone is AWESOME, if I had realized the charger port was different I probably would have looked at a different phone. Might not be a big deal to most people, but I don't see a reason they needed to use a different one.
Still better then the iPhone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazed With Samsung!

I'm so happy they made the screen size bigger on the S8 and S8+, with the Xfinity display is just flawless for screen quality. No more physical buttons, they respond very well though so it's not really that bothersome, the fingerprint for me anyways has been responsive but picky if your finger is covered in dirt or water so make sure your finger is clean. Battery life has been amazing with the S8+ I can get a full day with it and still have juice left in the tank so this phone all around is a must have so please try this product out you probably won't put it down!

I love the Samsung Galaxy S 8+. Its easy to use and the pictures are top quality. The only issue I've had was about a week after receiving the phone the screen would not turn on. I held down the power button but nothing. I had my daughter call me and it went straight to voicemail. The notification light was working but that was all. I had to finally perform a soft reset....like we use to do when we could remove the battery. I had to hold the power key and the volume down key. The phone started up again and I didn't loose anything. I've had my phone now for over two weeks and haven't had the same issue. Its a great phone and I'm getting use to the home key feedback. Have not used Bixby yet but I'm looking forward to it. I'm very happy with my purchase. The fingerprint sensor is a bit hard to use with a case and long fingernails, however I'm using the irises scanner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is visually amazing, it's performance is also top notch. You should expect this from Samsung's flagship phone. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is this phone is very fragile. I've never cracked a screen in all the years I've been loyal to the samsung brand. This phone I dropped once, in it's case, and cracked it's screen. Gratefully I have insurance which was processed very quickly.

Don't get the 0.99 tablet...

The galaxy s8 + is great, but the 0.99 tablet they offer with it is a bit misleading, and data free direct tv only lasts for like 15 minutes before booting you off the channel on tablet...
