Amazing Phone

I had every iPhone since the 4 and this phone made me switch to Samsung! The design is immaculate, it's super snappy and I've had excellent battery life over the two weeks that I've had it. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone!

1. Battery works only 1 day as max (in my case, it's just 8-10 hours)
2. UI is very slow, cpesially when you open contacts, it starts in 2-3 seconds

Battery is great last at least 15 hrs ,from 9 am to 1am easy , I'm using 8plus no problems at all & Bixby is kind of ok feature nothing much to talk about it as of now but it will be updated soon with Bixby voice that may be another feature to explore
Phone design is pretty neat & unlocking with iris & face recognition is a very cool & fast feature in this phone .
Best part comes with 64gb storage .If you really up to buy a phone this is the ONE.

Great phone, great performance

I am a longtime Samsung consumer, so take that as you may. The Galaxy 8+ is a very good phone. Phone calls on either handset or speakerphone are clear. Listening to music is great. Gaming even with graphic heavy games this beast doesn't slow down. RAM and storage are quick, so I haven't seen any slowdown of the system at all. Battery life, with device maintenance: standby and a few calls it has lasted 36 hours on a charge. Heavy use (games, net, Netflix, etc) I was still able to use the phone off the charger for 8+ hours. Display is bright, crisp, and detailed. Even on auto, colors pop. The iris unlock even worked in darkness, which really surprised me. The camrea takes beautiful pictures, even in low light. The software keys are great, even sliding off the screen when in a full screen app. The added screen real estate is a definite plus. The screen edge isn't as sharp as the edge phones, but for me that is a plus. The phone is thinner than other phones as well, making it not so bulky. Under my heavy use, I have seen no slow downs, battery drains that were in expected, and haven't had to force restart. I would definitely recommend this phone, as it is worth every penny they ask for.
