Poor screen cracks very easily

I got the s8 plus and had phone one day. I went to an event with a friend an was taking pictures and got bumped when my phone hit the floor at an angle the screen cracked. I have never been so disappointed. I have had a Samsung phone since the Samsung s2 and never once had an issue with my screen ever getting cracked. Not only am I disappointed due to only only had phone for a day, but now I am going to have to pay for my screen to be replaced huge disappointment.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the Samsung Galaxy S8+, I have been a loyal customer for years to the Samsung Galaxy line. I have watched a lot of videos showing me tips on whats inside the new S8, I have found them to be very helpful. However, those reviewing the phones are making a big issue over the placement of the fingerprint reader. I can't imagine anyone not putting a protective case on this phone; that's just downright wrong. Protect your investment, once you have a protective case on the unit your finger slides right into place, needless to say I would like to set them straight on this issue which isn't an issue at all. The Galaxy S8 series is nothing but "total excellence". The quality of the pictures and videos are brilliant, the clarity is the best I have seen. Speaking of photos, I love the new addition of scroll capture. I have been sharing that little tidbit with my friends, it impresses me. This phone not only met my expectations, it surpassed it. Worth the investment, you bet!

I have had Samsung phones since the Samsung Epic 4G, S3,S5,S6, and S7 Edge. I was going to change up because nothing was changing with the Galaxy series, then I seen this beauty. It is absolutely amazing. I am so glad I stuck around. The screen is beautiful. After a couple weeks with it, I honestly have no complaints. Well, one minor thing... IMO they could have done something with the speaker. It is not the greatest. I think if they could have added better sound quality there would be no cons with this phone!

The biggest difference between my S7 Edge & the S8+ I've noticed is that the S8 doesn't get as warm when charging like my S7 did.
