The Best Samsung Phone yet. I miss the physical home button though, the Finger sensor is a little bit hard to reach and does not work as good all the times. Have to restart my phone sometimes for it work, hopefully Samsung will come out with a Fix for this.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Built-in speakers
Cons: fingerprint sensor reachability, fingerprint sensor performance

Bixby Gets in The Way

The new S8 is a nice phone but the location of the on screen home button and Bixby is driving me crazy. Since the S8 have no physical home button, I find myself hitting the home button instead of the internet home button which takes me to the desktop. I figured I would get used to this after several weeks, but I still keep making the same mistake.
Bixby is all over the phone and it's killing the features. You cannot take a picture or look at a photograph without being bothered by Bixby. If you hit the side button by accident or swipe left Bixby shows up again. It seems that Bixby shows up for any and everything you do on the phone. Bixby became so aggravating, I had to download Package Disabler Pro just to stop Bixby from showing up. Even after disabling all of the Bixby packages, I still see it when taking a photo or looking at photos. If you don't plan on using Bixby, it seems that it will haunt you as long as you own this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, samsung is forcing bixby
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The many features and settings make this phone infinitely customizable. The screen h as vibrant colors and very good character recognition. The cameras are excellent and easy to use.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Built-in speakers, great security features.
Cons: finish is very slick.

Large, but Versatile. It has a slimline design that makes it easy for 1 hand operation despite the larger size. The colors are amazing, and the Video playback and movie watching is amazing. The picture taking is also a great feature with the zooming capability and I always get a clear shot even during an active sports shot. No need for an expensive camera now...Thank you SAMSUNG for once again meeting my expectations and then some!!!

Beautiful phone with excellent performance

This phone is absolutely gorgeous no doubts about it. So far the performance has been great. My priority always is battery life and so far my s8+ has not disappointed me. The infinity display is great and the response to iris scanner is so fast I don't even have to use my finger print. Even if I do, I just used my left index finger which is not at all inconvenient (unless you are holding on to anything).
Kudos to the team coming up with a great product after note 7 issues (even though that was a great phone).
The option to optimize phone performance is the most value added feature on this OS; rest of it is always great as usual.
My only feedback, try to give us the option to hide the navigation soft keys (like you can hide the taskbar on PCs)
