I was confused between the S8 and Nexus. But after I saw this phone in person, I just fell in love with it. The phone looks very stylish and sleek. The performance is also very good. It can handle any application and any number of apps. I would highly recommend this.

I have been with Samsung for may years and love them and there products. I own a small company and have 17 Samsung phones most are S6. I am looking at other manufacturer because of the Bixby button. We do not use it or want it but the button still fires up the application. We were using the phones for business but this feature that can no be disabled has forced us to look at other options like the new Google phones. So Samsung as much as I love your products this is a deal breaker. Maybe if you let your customers have the option to disabled the button and disable your Bixby we could work with your products in the future.

I traded my Galazy S-7 for a Galaxy S8+ and really didn't expect much of a difference. But this phone is an improvement in a bunch of ways that really add up. It is screaming fast. Great screen. The camera works better, both in quality of pictures and its ease of use. Many little improvements, like it knows when I am at home and I don't need to input my code to open. It is lightweight and elegant. I love the quick access to apps, people, and my calendar on the edge. It still fits in my back pocket despite the larger screen. Sound is good.
I love it. Best phone I have ever owned. My husband has the iPhone 7 and it cannot hold a candle to my S8+.
It is expensive, though. I guess you get what you pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I preordered for the first time a Samsung Galaxy and I wasnt disappointed. The beauty of it being a whole screen is amazing . I have the Orchid Gray ,the best color period. Smart of Samsung to make it Black in the front to hide the sensors. Iris scanner,face recognition and fingerprint scanner are top notch and that INFINITY display wow!!!! The battery is very great and i wish this will be in the Note 8 Samsung.3500maH or better!!!!
Audio is great as well as those AKG earphones,worth it. And the camera is the best ,no other OEM can top this handset not even a iPhone 7Plus.
Great job Samsung ...OH YES,iM LOVING BIXBY VOICE !!!! NO NEED FOR GOOGLE ASSIST EVER

it lacks battery life and speaker sound quality and volume. The phone itself is outstanding and the best out there. I am a loyal Samsung customer with over 63 products to date. The phone is perfect for me as a power user, no lags or stutters throughout the phone or while gaming or watching hd video. The aspect ratio takes some getting used to as not all apps will look good. Where this phone lacks is the battery life and speaker quality an volume, its definitely not the best, and those are the only areas in which this phone lacks, best phone I have had thus far. Must buy if you want the best.

I love my phone. I always liked samsung, android, and I am extremely happy with my new S8+.
My phone is more then just a phone. It is a computer, gps, bibixy, and retinal scan.
The camera, and video are out of this world.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: cracked screen with case and screen protector on, screen broke when droped 2 days after purchase

Most beautiful phone I've ever owned.

I was using an iPhone 6s for the last year, and I was itching to get back to a bigger phone. Some co-workers were telling me about their Samsun Galaxy S8s, and how awesome they were. I was at the time an Apple fanboy, for phones at least, but one of my co-workers let me play around on their S8S+. It was like love at first sight. I have never felt any iPhone that feels as premium as my S8S+, this this is absolutely amazing, and that screen is breath taking. If you need a new phone I highly highly highly recommend the S8 or S8+, take it from a previous Apple fanboy.
